During the final transnational project meeting in Imperia (Italy) a conference took place at the city library "L. Lagorio". On 6th June 2019 the project was presented to the local community and to the press. Here is a series of pictures with the Italian students and with the Italian, Polish and Norwegian teachers who took part in the project.

THE PROJECT
EXPECTED RESULTS:
1. New methodologies adopted will become more popular in the schools involved;
2. The level of key competences of the pupils involved in the project will
rise, especially in Science and Maths but also in English; the
ability to cooperate in group will also improve;
3. The students will tighten positive relationships with their partners, thus reinforcing the idea of European citizenship;
4. The pupils will become aware of the importance of preserving the environment, in particular endangered species.
The project involves three European schools: "LICEO C. AMORETTI e ARTISTICO" (Italy), the applicant organization, OLSVIKÅSEN VIDEREGÅENDE SKOLE (Norway), ZESPOL SZKOL OGOLNOKSZTALCACYCH (Poland).
It is a two-year-project, started in 2017, entirely funded by the E.C. within the Erasmus KA2 framework.
It aims at improving the students' performances in Science and Maths by introducing a new and innovative methodology in the schools and at enhancing the students' motivation.
Pupils will get to know their surrounding environment,
in particular the most significant S.C.I. (Sites of Community Interest)
in their regions and will become aware of the importance of preserving
the natural environment through the creation and maintenance of such
valuable protected areas.
